Mr. Greenfield has been representing claimants in the practice of workers’ compensation and labor law in Boise, Idaho since 1974. He is a graduate of Seattle University and the University of Idaho College of Law. He is a member of the Idaho State Bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for Idaho, the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Mr. Greenfield is a member of the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA) and is an ITLA Certified Workers’ Compensation Specialist. He has served as a member of the Governor’s Advisory Committee on Workers’ Compensation in Idaho (1983-1995) and the Idaho Industrial Commission’s Advisory Committee on Workers’ Compensation (2000-present).
Mr. Greenfield has held various positions in the Idaho Democratic Party. He served as State Chair of the Idaho Democratic Party (1976-77) and as Democratic National Committeeman for Idaho (1988-2000). He has attended seven Democratic national conventions and has served as Idaho state director for five candidates for President – Sen. Edward Kennedy (1980), Sen. Alan Cranston (1984), Gov. Michael Dukakis (1988), Sen. Bill Bradley (2000), and Sen. Hillary Clinton (2008).
